We represent sellers by listing their property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so that other agents can determine if it is a property that matches their buyers needs. We also market that property through a variety of online and offline methods. The key to our success is our attention to detail through every step of the process. We start the process by first completing a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) of your property. This is completed by comparing the attributes of your home to similarly sized homes in similar neighborhoods that have sold or listed recently. This analysis will provide a price range and the agent can do a quick walk-through of the property to determine where in that range your property would sale. The listing price is purely the owners decision, we provide you with the information you need to set your best price based on how fast you would like for the home to sell.
